Our Classes

Yin 🌢: Slower flow, gentle, restorative poses. Practiced at around 90-95 degrees.

Vinyasa 🌢🌢🌢: Dynamic sequencing, transitions, and faster flow. Practiced at 95-100 degrees.

Baptiste Power Vin 🌢🌢🌢: Consistent power flow between poses accompanied by controlled breathing and focus. Practiced at 95 degrees.

26-Pose 🌢🌢🌢🌢: Traditional sequencing with some adjustments to fit within a 75-min format. Practiced at 100-105 degrees.


Each teacher will bring their own unique style and combine it with our studio format for each class.
